Kuzbass Fuel Company’s bd undecided on payment of Jan–Jun divs

MOSCOW, Nov 15 (PRIME) -- The board of directors of Russia’s Kuzbass Fuel Company has not decided on payment of interim dividends for January–June 2018, the company said in a statement on Thursday.

The company paid 10 rubles per common share, or 992.584 million rubles, in dividends for 2017.

The company’s key shareholder is CEO Igor Prokudin with a 50.07% stake.
